Canon Medical Systems Sales Conference
This was a second FISH Experience with Canon Medical. The Sales, Service, and Admin teams really dived right in. Creative solutions were explored and together the teams committed to keeping the four practices of FISH! Alive.
We practiced Being There for each other and of course everyone had to Choose Their Attitudes. Groups shared their ideas on how to Make Customers Days and then we Play Stormed ideas to bring more energy and enthusiasm to mundane tasks.
It doesn’t matter if you are selling high-tech medical imaging equipment or working in a FISH shop some key relationship skills are always going to be essential.
Organisations like Canon are serious about creating exceptional customer experiences with their partners and are passionate about the Life Saving products they sell.
It was an absolute honour to work with this outstanding team and I am excited to continue the FISH Journey with the VIC & TAS teams later this month.
